ATAIN in Gurugram is hiring for International Travel Processes (Voice & Chat) in a dynamic, international BPO environment. You will handle travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications, while assisting customers via Voice and Chat and delivering exceptional service.

We seek undergraduates or graduates with at least 6 months of international voice/chat experience, excellent English, and a customer-focused mindset. Rotational shifts and basic computer skills are required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and travel assistance.
• Provide support through Voice and Chat channels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience in Voice and/or Chat process
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
