Job summary

All About ADS is seeking an experienced events professional to lead complex projects across activations, exhibitions, concerts, festivals and government events in Kolkata and Eastern India. The role requires managing production teams, vendors and on-ground manpower, planning venues, logistics, safety, and crowd management while ensuring profitability and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with clients, authorities and internal teams, handle tight schedules, and drive high-quality execution

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in event production and operations.
• Experience managing large-format and multi-location events.
• Strong vendor network in Kolkata, West Bengal and Eastern India.
• Thorough technical and commercial understanding of event production.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours per project.
• Experience handling government events and large public gatherings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from brief, planning and budgeting through production and final execution.
• Manage diverse formats including activations, exhibitions, award shows, concerts, festivals, government events and large public gatherings.
• Lead production teams, vendors, supervisors and on-ground manpower.
• Plan venues, permissions, logistics, technical requirements, safety and crowd management.
• Prepare accurate estimates, negotiate commercially and maintain project profitability.
• Manage fabrication, stage and dome structures, trussing, lighting, sound, LED, dcor, generators, manpower, logistics, drone shows and special installations.
• Coordinate with clients, government departments, artists, authorities and internal teams.
• Handle multiple projects, tight timelines and last-minute on-ground challenges.
• Ensure execution quality, cost control, timely delivery and proper project closure.
