Job summary

Deepali Designs & Exhibits Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Manager with 5-10 years in the Events & Exhibitions industry to lead end-to-end production, fabrication, and on-site execution of exhibition stalls and events in India.

The role requires coordinating with multiple teams and ensuring timely, safe delivery of complex installations. The ideal candidate excels in on-site management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to manage several projects

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Events & Exhibitions industry.
• Strong on-site production/execution experience mandatory.
• Experience strictly from the Events & Exhibitions industry.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production and execution of exhibition stalls, events, activations and experiential projects.
• Handle on-site execution and installation as per designs and timelines.
• Manage fabrication activities including carpentry, electrical, branding, flooring, ceiling, structures, signage, AV and related items.
• Coordinate with Design, Client Servicing, Procurement, Project Management and Vendor teams.
• Manage vendors, fabricators, contractors, suppliers, supervisors and on-site manpower.
• Plan manpower, materials, logistics, production schedules and site requirements.
• Ensure execution as per 2D drawings, BOQs, specifications, approved designs and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve execution and production-related issues.
• Monitor project timelines, production costs, material consumption and wastage.
• Lead and supervise production teams and ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage installation, dismantling, handover and site clearance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and venue-specific guidelines.

Deepali Designs & Exhibits Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Manager with 5-10 years of relevant experience specifically in the Events & Exhibitions industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production, fabrication, vendor coordination, manpower, logistics, and on-site execution of exhibition stalls, events, brand activations, and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production and execution of exhibition stalls, events, activations, and experiential projects.
• Handle complete on-site execution and installation as per approved designs and timelines.
• Manage fabrication activities including carpentry, electrical, branding, flooring, ceiling, structures, signage, AV, furniture, and related requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Client Servicing, Procurement, Project Management, and Vendor teams.
• Manage vendors, fabricators, contractors, suppliers, supervisors, and on-site manpower.
• Plan manpower, materials, logistics, production schedules, and site requirements.
• Ensure execution as per 2D drawings, BOQs, specifications, approved designs, and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong Events & Exhibitions Production experience.
• Excellent knowledge of exhibition stall fabrication and on-site execution.
• Strong team handling and manpower management skills.
• Vendor and contractor management.
• Knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, material planning, and production costing.
• Ability to understand 2D drawings and layouts.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication materials and processes.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict event deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience is mandatory.
• Experience must be strictly from the Events & Exhibitions industry.
• Strong on-site production/execution experience is mandatory.
• Proven team handling experience is required.
• Immediate joiners preferred/required.
• Candidates from manufacturing, construction, real estate, or general production industries without relevant Events & Exhibitions experience will not be considered.
