GTPL Hathway Ltd. is hiring for Part-Time & Full-Time Customer Care Representatives in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The roles involve handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues, and promoting products and services. Strong Gujarati/Hindi, basic computer skills, and a minimum 12th pass are required.

Positions offer a 16,000–22,000 INR monthly CTC with overtime and night shift allowances; shifts run 2:00 PM–11:00 PM or 3:00 PM–12:00 AM. Male candidates are preferred for this role.

Formación

• Typing speed of at least 15 WPM is preferred.

• To maintain login hours and punctuality.

Key Skills / Competencies:

• Basic computer knowledge,
• Minimum 12th Pass
• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi language
• Good communication skills
• Must have decent typing speed (at least 15 WPM)

Salary

INR 16,000/- CTC PM to 22,000/- CTC PM+ Other Allowances (Overtime, Night Shift Allow.) fresher can also apply
