Job summary

Green SM is seeking a Fleet Supervisor (Field Operations) to own the day-to-day performance of a driver fleet. This field-first role involves spending significant time with drivers to keep vehicles ready and KPIs on track.

You will coach drivers, monitor attendance, hours and trip productivity, and support onboarding while enforcing safety and standards across the area.

About the role

What you bring

• Diploma / Bachelor's in Automotive, Logistics, Transportation, Business or similar
• 4+ years in fleet, transportation, logistics, ride-hailing or field ops
• Hands-on experience managing drivers and daily fleet operationsStrong people skills: you can engage and motivate drivers
• Basic spoken and written English
• KPI-driven, quick problem-solver, comfortable in a fast-paced field setting
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and mobile apps
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across the operational area

Bonus points

Background in ride-hailing, taxi, mobility or commercial fleet operations.
