Growth Logistics in India is seeking an Operations Executive (Driver Compliance & Fleet Operations) to drive field-based compliance and fleet readiness. You will engage with drivers and partners to improve adherence to SOPs, promote driver app usage, and ensure trips are initiated via the app before movement.

The role involves regular field visits, on-ground support for app issues, and periodic vehicle inspections to maintain readiness across the assigned city.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma holder is required
• Experience: 13 years in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet, or Field Operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using Android-based applications
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to vendor hubs and driver locations
• Train drivers on SOPs and driver application usage
• Ensure 100% trip initiation through the driver app before vehicle movement
• Provide on-ground support for basic operational and app-related issues
• Monitor driver compliance and identify recurring challenges
• Coordinate with City Operations and transport partners for issue resolution
• Conduct periodic vehicle inspections for cleanliness, branding, and documentation
• Maintain records of field visits, driver interactions, and inspections
• Drive improved operational discipline and compliance across the city

Role Summary

The Operations Executive will be responsible for driving operational compliance through regular field engagement with drivers and transport partners. The role is focused on improving driver adherence to operational processes, increasing technology adoption, ensuring every trip is initiated through the company application, and conducting periodic vehicle inspections to maintain fleet readiness and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to vendor hubs and driver locations.
• Train drivers on company SOPs and driver application usage.
• Ensure 100% trip initiation through the driver app before vehicle movement.
• Provide on-ground support for basic operational and app-related issues.
• Monitor driver compliance and identify recurring challenges.
• Coordinate with City Operations and transport partners for issue resolution.
• Conduct periodic vehicle inspections for:
• Cleanliness & food-grade compliance
• Branding
• Vehicle documentation
• Reefer functionality
• Overall operational readiness
• Document inspection findings and ensure timely closure of non-compliances.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, driver interactions, compliance, and inspections.
• Drive improved operational discipline and compliance across the assigned city.

Preferred Qualifications

Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred

Working Conditions

• Field-intensive role with daily travel across the assigned city.
• 6-day work week.
• Working hours may vary based on operational requirements.
