Job summary

Cenlub Systems is seeking a capable Production & Workshop Manager to oversee daily fabrication planning and execution. You will supervise the manufacture of structures, tanks, frames, and vessels, ensuring drawings are interpreted accurately by the team.

The role requires coordinating skilled personnel (fabricators, welders, fitters) and enforcing strict safety and PPE standards on site, while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.

• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings, blueprints, isometrics.

Job description

Key Responsibilities Production & Workshop Management

• Plan and schedule daily fabrication activities to meet project deadlines
• Supervise the fabrication of structures, tanks, base frames, vessels, and angles
• Interpret engineering drawings (2D/3D, Blueprints, Isometric layouts) accurately for the team.
• Allocate manpower (fabricators, welders, fitters) efficiently to maximize daily output.

Technical Expertise & Execution

• Ensure precise marking, cutting, bending, fitting, and assembly of materials.
• Oversee welding processes (MIG, TIG, ARC) to maintain high-quality weld joints.
• Manage raw materials and structural steel sections to minimize scrap and wastage
• Troubleshoot technical errors during the fit-up and assembly stages.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Inspect finished products to ensure they match dimensions specified in the drawings.
• Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) inspectors for final testing (NDT, Hydro-testing, DP test).
• Enforce strict safety rules and ensure the team uses proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain tools and machinery (welding machines, rolling machines, cranes) in good working condition.
