Job summary

Role & responsibilities

Fabrication Supervision: Oversee day-to-day fabrication, including cutting, bending, rolling, welding, and polishing, to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

• Production Planning: Create and manage production schedules, task allocation for welders and fitters, and ensure timely delivery.
• Quality Control (QC): Ensure strict adherence to quality standards (such as ASME & API)
• Process Improvement: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize scrap.
• Technical Documentation: Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, layouts,Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols on the shop floor to maintain a safe working environment.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage raw materials, manpower, and machinery utilization
