ATA Freight in Pune, Magarpatta is seeking a Data Entry Operator to handle day-to-day data entry, maintain records, and support documentation processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is essential for accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires good English, the ability to work with minimal supervision, familiarity with EXIM documentation is a plus, and readiness for immediate joining.

Qualifications

• Education: Any graduate.
• 1-2 years of back office experience in a logistics company (freight forwarding background preferred).
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
