Job summary

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely data entry.
• Support smooth patient movement within the Emergency Department.
• Address queries politely and escalate concerns when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information per hospital policies.
• Support ER team during peak hours and emergencies.
• Adhere to NABH standards and hospital procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient pre-registration and registration activities at the Emergency Department

• Guide patients and attendants regarding the registration and billing process

• Handle patient and attendant queries politely and elevate concerns when required
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow hospital policies
• Support the ER team during peak hours and emergency situations
• Ensure compliance with hospital procedures and NABH standards
