Job summary

ERD Technologies in Noida is seeking an Accountant E-Commerce with 5 years of accounting experience, including hands-on e-commerce settlements. The role covers daily marketplace accounting on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and own site.

Candidates should be proficient in GST, TCS/TDS, bank reconciliation, and MS Excel (SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); familiarity with BUSY ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily e-commerce accounting for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit) and own website.
• Reconcile marketplace sales, payments, returns, refunds and deductions.
• Check settlement reports and match payments with bank credits.
• Identify incorrect deductions and follow up for resolution.
• Maintain sales, return, refund and credit note entries in BUSY ERP.
• Prepare monthly platform-wise sales and profitability reports.
• Reconcile GST, TCS and TDS details with records.
• Enter vouchers in BUSY ERP; perform reconciliations across accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve mismatches and ensure compliance.

Profile: Accountant E-Commerce

Key Responsibilities

A. E-Commerce Accounting Primary Role

• Handle daily e-commerce accounting for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and our own website.
• Reconcile marketplace sales, payments received, returns, refunds, commissions and other deductions.
• Check settlement reports and match payments with bank credits.
• Identify incorrect deductions, pending payments and marketplace claims, and follow up for their resolution.
• Maintain proper sales, return, refund and credit note entries in BUSY ERP.
• Prepare monthly platform-wise sales and profitability reports.
• Reconcile marketplace GST, TCS and TDS details with accounting records.

B. General Accounting & Statutory Compliance Secondary Role

• Enter expense, credit note and debit notes vouchers in BUSY ERP.
• Perform bank, customer, vendor, branch and inter-company account reconciliation.
• Perform GST reconciliation, including GSTR-2B matching and ITC verification.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve accounting and GST mismatches.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support timely statutory compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: B.Com. / M.Com.
• 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with at least 2 -3 years in e-commerce accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit or other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of GST, TCS/TDS, bank reconciliation and general accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Preference will be given to candidates who have independently handled e-commerce settlement reconciliation.
