Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is seeking an E-commerce Executive with strong accounting and GST knowledge to manage marketplace transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation across Amazon and other platforms.

The role requires attention to detail and coordination with Finance & Accounts, Warehouse and Operations. The candidate will handle invoice processing, settlements, and inventory movements, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, accounting or finance.
• Experience with GST documentation and marketplace settlements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Handle marketplace invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and transaction records.
• Reconcile marketplace sales, returns, settlements, fees and other transactions with accounting records.
• Assist with GST reconciliation and timely sharing of invoices and transaction details.
• Monitor inventory movements and inter-branch stock transfers.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Identify transaction discrepancies and coordinate with teams for resolution.
• Prepare regular reports related to sales, settlements, inventory and marketplace transactions.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to company policies.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with practical knowledge of accounting, finance, GST compliance, and online marketplace operations. The candidate will manage marketplace transactions, invoice processing, sales reconciliation, inventory movements, and coordination with internal departments to ensure accurate records and smooth operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
2. Handle marketplace invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and transaction records.
3. Reconcile marketplace sales, returns, settlements, fees, and other transactions with accounting records.
4. Assist with GST reconciliation and ensure timely sharing of relevant invoices and transaction details.
5. Monitor inventory movements, inter-branch stock transfers, returns, and rejected transactions.
6. Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
7. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
8. Identify transaction discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
9. Prepare regular reports related to sales, settlements, inventory, and marketplace transactions.
10. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of accounting principles, finance, and GST compliance.
• Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central or other online marketplace portals.
• Good command of MS Excel and reconciliation techniques.
• Understanding of invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and settlement reports.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and time management.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, accounting, or finance is preferred.
• Experience handling marketplace settlements, GST documentation, and inventory reconciliation will be an advantage.
