Job summary

Megha Engineering And Infrastructure is seeking a skilled Solar O&M professional to manage day-to-day operations of PV plants in Maharashtra and Karnataka. You will monitor performance (PR, CUF, SCADA), conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinate with OEMs and site teams to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, experience with inverters, HT/LT panels, and a willingness to work at remote project locations, ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics as eligible education.
• Experience in Solar O&M and electrical systems is required.
• Willingness to work at remote project locations and travel as needed.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of Solar PV plants.
• Monitor plant generation, PR, CUF, SCADA and equipment performance.
• Conduct preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.
• Maintain inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgear, cables and solar modules.
• Troubleshoot electrical and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with OEMs, contractors and site teams for maintenance activities.
• Prepare daily/monthly O&M, generation and breakdown reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, electrical safety and statutory requirements.
• Manage technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
