Job summary

Rentokil PCI is seeking a Senior Executive - E-Commerce Marketing to lead day-to-day online store operations and growth from Mumbai. You will drive development, management, and optimization of the e-commerce platform, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires 2+ years in e-commerce, strong digital marketing know-how, and a data-driven mindset to enhance customer experience, pricing, and promotions. On-site work in Goregaon (W) with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with relevant experience in E-commerce is acceptable.
• 2+ years of experience in E-commerce and digital marketing.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, AMS, and Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the online experience is user-friendly and on-brand, and managing customer retention and loyalty programs.
• Spearheading digital marketing efforts and analyzing competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Making decisions about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Writing management reports on sales performance and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Using historical data to forecast future trends.

About the Role:

The person will be responsible for day-to-day operations activities of an e-commerce business, including the development, management, and optimization of the online store

The person will report to the General Manager - E-Commerce Business. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

• Understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing dashboards, or campaign tracking tools) is desirable.
