Rentokil PCI invites graduates to a Walk-In Interview for the Junior – Business Operations (IT Application Support) role at our Mumbai Goregaon West office. Freshers with 0–1 year experience are welcome; no virtual interviews, ready-to-join candidates preferred.

The incumbent will support IT applications, resolve user issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams reporting to the Manager – Application Support. Strong English, basic Excel skills, and a proactive mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent (CS/IT).
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and functions; familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Candidates with backlogs are not eligible
• Strong English communication is mandatory
• Open to Graduate Freshers (2024–2026 pass-outs) and Mumbai locality preferred

Role Overview

As part of the Application Support Team, the Junior Business Operations executive will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of user-reported issues and supporting smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate should be adaptable, accountable, and capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will report to the Manager – Application Support and work closely with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
