Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Hyderabad is hiring for chat support roles including Chat Support Executive, Chat Moderator, and escalation specialist. You'll handle live text queries, monitor chats, and transfer complex issues to senior teams.

The role requires excellent English communication, at least 1 year in international voice processes, night shifts, and work-from-office. Immediate joiners only; CTC ranges up to 4.3 LPA with incentives.

• Escalations: transfer complex issues to senior tiers or specialized departments.
• Multitasking & Queue Management: handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously without dropping quality or SLAs.
• Typing Speed & Accuracy: type fast with minimal errors.

• Chat Support Executive / Associate: The front-line agent responsible for answering live text queries, troubleshooting problems, and guiding users.

• Chat Moderator: Focuses on monitoring real-time chat rooms, communities, or social channels to enforce guidelines and remove inappropriate content.

• Escalations: Transfer complex or unresolved technical/billing issues to senior tiers or specialized departments.

• Multitasking & Queue Management: Handle multiple concurrent chat sessions simultaneously without dropping response quality or missing service level agreements (SLAs).

• Typing Speed & Accuracy: Typically expected to type fast (often 4045 words per minute) with minimal spelling or syntax errors.

Preferred candidate profile eligibility:

• Excellent Communication in English.
• Minimum 1 Year of Experience is required into International Voice Process.
• comfortable working with night Shifts.
