Job summary

Apex Beverages Inc in Maharashtra is seeking a Dispatch Planner to coordinate daily dispatch operations from the Chakan facility, aligning with production output and customer delivery deadlines.

You will manage shipping documentation, loading oversight, order execution with FIFO/FEFO, and ensure safety, POD maintenance, and ERP-based MIS reporting. Collaboration with sales and accounts teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily Dispatch Planning: Coordinate daily dispatch schedules in alignment with production output and customer delivery deadlines.
• Documentation & Compliance: Generate and verify essential shipping documents, including delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and gate passes.
• Loading & Packaging Oversight: Supervise loading teams and forklift operators to ensure proper weight distribution, packaging integrity, and zero transit damage.
• Distributor Order Execution: Supervise pick-pack-ship workflows to ensure 100% order accuracy, correct batch allocation (FIFO/FEFO), and damage-free packing.
• Loading & Material Safety: Supervise loading labor to ensure safe weight distribution, zero carton/pallet damage, and proper container/truck sealing.
• Tracking & Delivery Follow-up: Monitor shipments in transit, resolve route or transshipment bottlenecks, and maintain proof of delivery (POD) records.
• System Updating & MIS: Update daily dispatch registers, stock adjustments, and outbound entries in the ERP system (SAP/Tally/WMS), providing daily dispatch MIS to the sales and logistics teams.
• Damage & Return Management: Handle returned goods, intransit shortage/damage claims, and discrepancy reconciliations alongside the sales and accounts teams
