The position requires 2-5 years in FMCG or food manufacturing with a focus on dispatch and logistics operations. Responsibilities include managing daily dispatch, coordinating with production, warehouse, transporters and sales teams, preparing invoices and dispatch documents, and ensuring FIFO/FEFO compliance while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in dispatch and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel and GST documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in spice or FMCG manufacturing preferred.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, transporters and sales teams.
• Prepare invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans and dispatch documents.
• Handle vehicle planning, loading and transporter coordination.
• Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement and daily MIS reports.
• Ensure dispatch accuracy and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
