Tech Mahindra in Kolkata is hiring for a Customer Support Associate (L2) in a contractual role up to 90 days beyond DOJ, with 100% office-based work. This position offers a fixed salary structure and requires clear communication in English and Hindi.

Process

• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
• 10 hour of the day, 9hrs. work and 1 hour break
• Should have a typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy

Interview Structure-

• HR round - General check.
• Typing Test
• Voice Versant (V3 and above)
• Client Round

Payouts

• Salary for minimum 12 months experience candidate 14.5 k in-hand (Approx)
• Fresher- 12.4 k in-hand (Approx)
• 100% fixed salary
