Sutherland in Chennai is seeking International Technical Voice- Customer Support Professionals to join our international voice process support team. You should be a persuasive communicator with strong verbal and written skills and be ready to start within a week.

We offer 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs, night shifts as required, and incentives based on performance. Salary ranges from 2.9 to 3.5 LPA, depending on profile and experience.

Qualifications

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our International voice process Support team.

If you're a persuasive communicator who excels at:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Minimum 6 months of experience to 3 years of Experience in an international voice process
• Should be available to join us immediately (15 days Notice Period is Considerable)
• Ability to handle real-time Call support.Customer support and relationship management.

Work Schedule : 5 days a week / 2 days of rotational week offs

**Flexibility to work in night shifts, with shift timings subject to business requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 2.9 LPA to 3.5 LPA, depending on the candidates profile and relevant experience.
