• Update interaction logs, candidate status, and customer records accurately in the internal CRM database.
• Maintain high standard operational metrics: First Contact Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Quality Score.
• Coordinate with team leads, recruitment coordinators, and support teams for escalated queries.
