Job summary

Core Minds Tech Solutions in Greater Noida is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs. You will manage production machinery including VMC, CNC turning, compressors, and hydraulic systems, aiming to minimize breakdowns and downtime.

You will hire, train, and evaluate maintenance staff, prepare daily to monthly plans, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the plant. Local Indian facility experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining production machinery such as VMC, CNC turning, compressors, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plans.
