Job summary

TKS Power Controls Pvt Ltd in Chennai is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales of electrical panel boards and related industrial electrical products. You will generate enquiries, build customer relationships and visit project sites to convert leads into orders.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in electrical sales or fresh graduates with strong communication and sales interest, plus knowledge of LT panels, switchgear, MCC, APFC, PLC and VFD products.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in electrical sales, industrial sales, panel board sales or related products.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales interest may be considered.
• Knowledge of LT panels, switchgear, MCC, APFC, PLC, VFD and industrial electrical products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales enquiries and develop business opportunities.
• Identify and approach industries, factories, EPC companies, electrical contractors, consultants, dealers and project customers.
• Promote and sell LT Electrical Panels, MCC Panels, AMF Panels, APFC Panels, PLC Panels, VFD Panels, Control Panels and other industrial electrical panels.
• Conduct customer visits and understand electrical/project requirements.
• Follow up with customers from enquiry to order confirmation and payment collection.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain regular sales reports and customer follow-ups.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new enquiries, developing customer relationships, visiting project sites, following up with customers and converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities
