Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a BRANCH HEAD (ABM) for multiple locations in Katihar Mirchaibari, Kurkaila and Naugacchia. The candidate should be a graduate with at least 6 years in banking/finance (excl. insurance) and currently at Assistant Manager grade or higher.

Age above 30; both genders eligible. Role involves branch target achievement, customer walk-ins, product inquiries, KYC and audit compliance, strong room operations, and cross-selling across products.

Qualifications

• Graduate required for the role.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banks or finance companies (excluding insurance sector).
• Currently at Assistant Manager grade or above.
• Age above 30 years.
• Open to both male and female candidates.

Responsibilities

• Achieving the allotted branch target.
• Acquire new customers and address product inquiries through branch walk-ins, sales activities and promotions.
• Follow-up for interest collection and reduce NPAs.
• Manage branch operations including KYC, gold appraisal, strong room operations, and renewals.
• Cross-sell all products and increase branch walk-ins.
• Ensure error-free audit reports and proper branch compliance.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and high ethical standards.
• Control costs and perform other duties as instructed by higher authority.

Required Candidate profile :-

• - Must be a graduate.

Duties & Responsibilities :-

• Achieving the allotted branch target.
• Acquiring new customers and addressing all product inquiries through branch walk-ins, sales activities, marketing promotions, etc.
• Regular follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
• Responsible for regular branch operations including KYC process, gold appraisal, strong room operations, gold packet preparation, closures and renewals.
• Cross-selling all products and increasing branch walk-ins.
• Ensuring error-free audit reports and proper compliance at the branch.
• Maintaining punctuality, discipline and a high level of morality in line with the ethics & values of the company.
• Cost control.
• Other duties as instructed by higher authority.
