Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a Branch Head (ABM) for multiple locations in Bihar. The role requires a graduate with at least 6 years in banking/finance, currently at Assistant Manager grade or higher, and above 30 years of age. Both genders eligible.

Key duties include achieving branch targets, acquiring customers, KYC compliance, gold appraisal, audits, and cross-selling products. Attractive incentives and growth prospects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieving the allotted branch target.
• Acquiring new customers and addressing all product inquiries through branch walk-ins, sales activities, marketing promotions, etc.
• Regular follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
• Responsible for regular branch operations including KYC process, gold appraisal, strong room operations, gold packet preparation, closures and renewals.
• Cross-selling all products and increasing branch walk-ins.
• Ensuring error-free audit reports and proper compliance at the branch.
• Maintaining punctuality, discipline and a high level of morality in line with the ethics & values of the company.
• Cost control.
• Other duties as instructed by higher authority.
