Job summary

Coronis Ajuba in Chennai is seeking an AR Caller to join our night-shift team handling US healthcare accounts. You will analyze patient accounts, determine actions, and complete the follow-up processes with insurance companies on behalf of doctors.

Requirements include 1–5 years in AR Calling, excellent English communication, and a flexible attitude to work night shifts. Location is Chennai (work from office) with cab and meal perks.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• 1–5 years of AR Calling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).

Responsibilities

• Analyze patient accounts and decide on actions to recover amounts.
• Call insurance companies in the US on behalf of doctors to follow up on AR.
• Prioritize pending claims from aging baskets for follow-up.
• Verify insurance information provided by patients for accuracy.
• Escalate difficult collection situations to management promptly.

Job Description

• Analyze patient accounts.
• Decide on the action to be taken in the account.
• Complete the action and suggest further action.
• Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket.
• To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear.
• Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner.
