Job summary

ASP-RCM Solutions is hiring an AR Caller to follow up with US insurers on pending/denied claims and to resolve issues while updating the status in the system. The role requires HIPAA compliance and careful adherence to company policies, based at Kosmo One, Ambattur, Chennai.

Ideal candidates are graduates with 1–5 years of AR calling/US healthcare RCM experience and excellent communication skills. Night shift is from 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM; transport allowance will be provided.
