Access Healthcare is seeking a billing professional to manage AR calls and resolve accounts receivable issues from a Chennai-based location. The role involves collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure accurate billing, investigating denials, and resubmitting claims as needed.

Night shift (US hours) is required, with five fixed workdays and a provided cab facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with CMS 1500 or UB-04 billing, strong customer service skills, and the ability to

• Experience in AR calls and revenue cycle management is preferred.
• Willingness to work US night shift and night hours.

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.

• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes and resubmitting claims as needed.
• Utilize RCM software to manage patient accounts from registration to payment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders.

Billing Type: Physician billing(CMS 1500) (or) Hospital billing(UB 04 )(or) Eligibility verfication

Shift: Night Shift (6pm to 3am)

Week off: Saturday & Sunday.

Package: Good Hike from previous package.
