Job summary

K-zen Studio in Hyderabad, India is seeking an Accountant (Articleship Exp Preferred) to manage end-to-end accounting for both India and US entities. The role requires handling GST, TDS, PF/ESI and preparing monthly financials, with a night shift in EST from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Friday and Saturday afternoon shift. Freshers may be considered for trainee roles.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations for both India and US entities.
• Handle GST filings, TDS, PF/ESI compliance, and preparation for annual audits.
• Manage US-specific requirements including Sales Tax, 1099s, and month-end closing
• Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
