Job summary

Clarion Talentforge in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST & TDS compliances, reconciliations and other finance activities for client accounts.

The role requires hands-on use of Tally Prime or Zoho Books, proficiency in Excel, and attention to detail. You will support statutory audits and maintain proper records.

Qualifications

• Proficient in GST & TDS compliance and filings.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally Prime/Zoho Books).
• Strong knowledge of Excel and reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts professional to handle day-to-day accounting, GST & TDS compliances, reconciliations, and other finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accounts using Tally Prime / Zoho Books and other accounting software.
• Manage purchase, sales, expenses, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Perform GST computation, filing, and reconciliation.
• Handle TDS calculations, payments, and returns.
• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Support monthly and annual closing activities.
• Maintain petty cash and accounting records.
• Assist with statutory audits and compliance-related activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Handle other accounting and finance responsibilities as required.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Accounting, GST & TDS.
• Hands-on experience in Tally Prime; Zoho Books knowledge is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of GST/TDS portals and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of Excel and reconciliation activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing/trading/CA Firm industries.
• Exposure to ZOHO or Tally or other accounting software.
• Experience in audit and statutory compliance.
• Candidates who are eager to learn and take responsibility for finance-related activities.
