Job summary

Hirekeyz Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Accountant / Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations while working US night shifts. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices and be proficient in QuickBooks and Zoho Books.

Responsibilities include handling GST, TDS, PF & ESI filings, preparing financial statements, and coordinating with US clients. Proven experience of 3–5 years in accounting is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on work experience in QuickBooks and Zoho Books is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Indian accounting operations.
• Manage GST, TDS, PF & ESI compliances and filings.
• File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with US stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end Indian accounting operations
• GST, TDS, PF & ESI compliances and filings
• GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliations
• Preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L, and financial statements
• Bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
• ROC compliances and annual filings
• Corporate Tax & Advance Tax handling
• Individual/Employee taxation support
• Coordination with US stakeholders and clients
