Job summary

We're looking for a skilled Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• General Ledger (GL) Management & Journal Entries
• Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Employee Reimbursements
• GST, TDS, PT, PF & ESI Compliance
• Statutory Filings & Compliance Management
• Preparation of MIS Reports & Management Reports
• Preparation of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow)
• Month-end & Year-end Closing Activities
• Audit Coordination (Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits)
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management
• Financial Analysis and Variance Reporting
• Maintaining Accurate Accounting Records & Documentation
• Ensuring Compliance with Internal Financial Controls

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant Accounting experience
• Software/IT Company experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, PF & ESI
• Experience in preparing MIS Reports and Financial Statements
• Hands‑on experience with Tally, MS Excel (Advanced Excel preferred), and ERP/Accounting Software
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• B.Com/M.Com (CA Inter is an added advantage)
• Prior accounting experience in a Software or IT company is mandatory
