Job summary

Systemsoft Nextgen in Hyderabad, India seeks an experienced Senior Accountant / Accounting & Finance Manager with 5-10 years of expertise. The role covers end-to-end accounting operations and India statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, payroll, PF, ESI and RBI-related remittances.

Ideal candidates hold a commerce/finance degree (CA/CMA/ACCA/MBA Finance preferred) and excel at financial reporting, accuracy, and timely statutory submissions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in commerce, accounting, finance.
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Experience with IT services or software companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for India entities.
• Ensure GST, TDS, payroll, PF, ESI, PT compliance.
• Prepare statutory filings and management reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients.

Role: Senior Accountant / Accounting & Finance Manager, India

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 5-10 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accounting & finance professional to manage the company's end-to-end accounting operations and India statutory compliances.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles and practices.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory compliances.
• Working knowledge of FEMA and RBI requirements relating to foreign remittances.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to independently manage multiple accounting and compliance activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet statutory and management reporting deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, employees, auditors, consultants, and management.

Educational Qualification:

Mandatory:

Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field.

Preferred:

• CA / CMA / ACCA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
