E4 Software Services Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP CRM for Utilities Technical Consultant with strong SAP CRM technical expertise and end-to-end project exposure.

The role focuses on CRM integrations, ABAP/RICEFW development, and middleware interfaces to enable robust utilities CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM One Order Framework, BAPIs/BADIs, and various interfaces (RFC, IDoc, SOA).

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CRM One Order Framework and SAP CRM objects.
• Experience with CRM function modules, BADIs, BAPIs, and exits.
• Proficient in CRM base customization and PPF framework.
• Experience with middleware monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating SAP CRM with non-SAP systems via SOA Manager, RFC, file-based interfaces, and IDoc interfaces.
• Robust ABAP and RICEFW development experience in CRM implementations.
• Familiar with BOL, CRM ABAP, Web UI, BSP, AJAX, and OData.
• SAP CRM Web UI technical experience.
• OOABAP, Interfaces and Web Services knowledge.
• Experience with RFCs, Web Services, Proxy, and file-based integrations.
• Knowledge of BADIs, BAPIs, IDocs and BDocs.
• Knowledge of PI and ECC/S/4HANA integration.

Mandatory Skills

• Middleware monitoring, middleware enhancement, and troubleshooting experience.
