Capgemini in Bengaluru is looking for CRM technical consultants with extensive experience in CRM ABAP, CRM Web UI, S/4 CRM or Fiori(UI5). Strong functional acumen and hands-on technical expertise are required to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.

Candidates should be proficient in CRM integration, ODI enhancement, and have knowledge of SOM API, ODATA, BDOC developments, and Billing modules. Full lifecycle SOM(CRM) implementations experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle CRM (SOM) implementations.
• Strong ABAP and CRM integration experience.
• Familiar with CRM UI concepts and Fiori/UI5.
• Knowledge of Hybris Billing and SOM API is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Should have worked on full life cycle implementations on SOM(CRM) assignments.
• CRM integration to CI and CC; experience with integration technologies (RFC, ALE, HCP).

Extensive working experience on CRM ABAP, CRM Web UI,S/4 CRM or Fiori(UI5). Strong functional acumen and hands-on technical expertise. Strong coding and debugging skills. Experience with ODI enhancement and modification is desirable. CRM technical consultants with Hybris Billing background and knowledge of SOM API,BTMF,UBB Change Process and CRM integration to CI and CC.

Should have worked on full life cycle implementations on SOM(CRM) assignments. Sales (working knowledge of at least Provider Order, Billing Service (working knowledge of at least order fulfillment and distribution, Product Modeling, billing, provider contracts, Contract Change requests, Disputes), CRM One Order functional knowledge
CRM UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles, and other concepts)
CRM Integration with other Billing Modules and CRM Middleware via various Integration Technologies (RFC, ALE, HCP etc..)

Must have skills: ABAP, CRM Technical, integration exp of CC ODATA CM Webservice BDOC Developments

Good to have skills: CRM Web UI, Hybris Billing Framework experience
