Job summary

Runwal Enterprises in Mumbai seeks a seasoned General Manager Projects (AVP/VP) to lead end-to-end execution of large residential and commercial projects from inception to handover. You will drive planning, cost control, quality and safety standards, develop execution strategies, monitor budgets and milestones, and coordinate across Design, Contracts, Purchase, Finance, Sales, Legal and Marketing.

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Preferred: M.Tech / NICMAR / PMP or equivalent qualification in Construction or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
• Develop project execution strategies, construction schedules, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, cash flow, and key milestones.
• Coordinate with Design, Planning, Contracts, Purchase, Finance, Sales, CRM, Legal, Liaison, and Marketing teams.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Review project risks, resolve critical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct project review meetings and present progress updates to senior management and promoters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, company policies, and industry standards.
• Drive productivity, cost optimization, value engineering, and continuous process improvement.
