Role Overview
The Vice President – Project Execution is responsible for end-to-end execution of real estate development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands strong leadership, strategic oversight, and operational excellence across multiple projects, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead the execution of residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use real estate projects from planning through handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with defined quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
2. Strategic Planning & Coordination
- Collaborate with design, procurement, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop execution strategies, project timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Oversee selection, onboarding, and performance management of contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Resolve disputes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
4. Financial & Budget Control
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Track expenditures and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Implement cost control measures without compromising quality.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and approvals.
- Identify and mitigate execution risks across projects.
6. Quality & Safety Assurance
- Establish and enforce quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety across sites.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams.
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
- Drive performance management and capability building within the execution team.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 18–25 years of experience in real estate/construction, with at least 8–10 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
