Role Summary

Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale construction projects while managing high-performing, cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery within timeline, cost, and quality benchmarks.

Not suitable for non-technical or non-execution roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete project lifecycle from planning, execution to final handover
• Drive and manage large teams across Engineering, QA/QC, MEP, Safety, Planning, and Contractors
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
• Ensure strict control on budgeting, costing, billing, and cash flow management
• Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to design, specifications, and quality standards
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Manage contract administration, tendering, and vendor negotiations
• Drive procurement planning and timely material availability
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead stakeholder coordination (clients, consultants, internal leadership)
• Ensure efficient deployment of manpower, machinery, and materialsDrive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
• Review and approve MIS, progress reports, and project dashboards
• Ensure handover readiness, snag closure, and client satisfaction
