Job summary

Walls And Dreams is looking for an experienced Site Project Manager to oversee multiple residential construction projects in Uttar Pradesh. You will lead site engineers, coordinators, contractors, and vendors to ensure milestones are met and quality standards are achieved.

You will coordinate with clients, architects, and internal teams, ensure availability of labour, materials, and equipment, and monitor budgets and progress with a focus on timely handovers and strict safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with relevant project management exposure.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• 5-7 years of experience in residential construction project management.
• Experience handling multiple residential villa and independent house projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple residential construction projects simultaneously.
• Ensure projects are executed as per the approved planning schedule and company quality standards.
• Lead and monitor Site Engineers, Project Coordinators, Contractors, and Vendors.
• Review daily project progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
• Coordinate with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Procurement, Design, Planning, and Accounts teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure timely availability of labour, materials, machinery, and resources at all project sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, productivity, and progress.
• Resolve project execution issues, client concerns, contractor disputes, and site escalations.
• Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and overall project profitability.
• Review and approve work schedules, execution plans, and contractor deployment.
• Ensure timely billing, client approvals, and work certifications.
• Monitor project documentation, DPRs, MIS reports, and progress reports.
• Drive timely project handovers with zero pending issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Mentor and guide project teams to improve performance and productivity.

• 57 years of experience in residential construction project management.
• Experience in handling multiple residential villa and independent house projects is preferred.
