Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a dynamic mid-to-senior professional to lead debt syndication, banking relationships, and structured fundraising initiatives.

The role requires access to PSU and private sector banks and proven execution capability in consortium lending and deal closures. The candidate will drive end-to-end debt syndication, structure financing solutions, and build banking consortiums, while engaging with credit heads and decision-makers to accelerate

• Proven track record in consortium lending and deal closures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end debt syndication for large-ticket transactions.
• Structure and execute financing solutions including term loans, working capital, and structured debt.
• Build and manage consortiums of banks for deal execution.
• Drive the complete lifecycle: origination structuring appraisal documentation disbursement.
• Maintain and present a strong deal sheet showcasing executed transactions and large-value consortium deals.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and financial institutions and identify cross-sell opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic mid-to-senior level professional to lead debt syndication, banking relationships, and structured fundraising initiatives. The role requires strong access to PSU and private sector banks, along with proven execution capability in consortium lending and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Debt Syndication & Fundraising

• Lead end-to-end debt syndication for large-ticket transactions
• Structure and execute financing solutions including term loans, working capital, and structured debt
• Build and manage consortiums of banks for deal execution

2. Banking Relationships

• Maintain strong relationships with PSU Banks and leading private banks
• Actively engage with key decision-makers (credit heads, relationship heads, sanctioning authorities)
• Leverage existing network for faster deal closures and better terms

3. Deal Execution

• Drive the complete lifecycle: origination structuring appraisal documentation disbursement
• Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, and external stakeholders
• Ensure timely closure of transactions

4. Deal Sheet & Track Record

• Maintain and present a strong deal sheet showcasing executed transactions
• Demonstrate experience in handling large-value consortium deals

5. Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients and financial institutions
• Identify cross-sell and repeat business opportunities

Key Requirements

• Experience: 615 years in Debt Syndication / Corporate Banking / Structured Finance
• Proven experience in handling consortium lending transactions
• Strong existing relationships with PSU banks (must-have)
• Ability to name and access key banking counterparts
• Strong understanding of credit, financial structuring, and documentation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Background

• Experience with NBFCs, investment banks, or advisory firms
• Exposure to mid-to-large corporate clients
• Strong execution track record with visible deal closures
