Job summary

Golden Opportunities in India seeks a senior HR Transformation leader with over 24 years in HRO outsourcing, including 18+ years directing large transformation programs. You will shape strategies, drive digital assets, analytics, and roadmaps for major clients.

You will lead multi-stakeholder engagements, partner with IT on HR technology selections (Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD), and manage complex programs from concept to delivery, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 24+ years of experience in HRO Outsourcing with 18+ years in managing large HR Transformation initiatives.
• End-to-End conceptualization and delivery of HRO Transformation solutions including Digital Assets and Analytics.
• Lead customer engagements, design and change processes to meet business requirements and enable successful deployment of digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation programs from conception to implementation across multiple work streams.
• Define transformation roadmaps and advocate for digital initiatives across HR services.
• Collaborate with IT to evaluate, select, and implement HR technology solutions.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management and benefits realization.
• Lead systems integration to deliver seamless HR service delivery.

Job description

• Minimum 24+ years of experience in HRO Outsourcing industry of which at least 18+ years in managing large HR Transformation initiatives.
• End-to-End conceptualization and delivery of all HRO Transformation solutions for clients encompassing formulation and deployment of Digital Assets and Analytics solutions and Creating / proposing a transformation road map for existing clients /processes.
• Lead the customer engagement, design and change process with customers that meet and exceed their business requirements and enable the successful build and implementation of Digital solutions
• Digital Initiative s across following primary impact areas; Infusion of Digital Technologies within Multiple domains to differentiate processing capabilities (Customer Experience) from Contact to Contract to
• Renewal - delivering business outcomes
• Experience with major HR technology platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Service Now HRSD, etc.), Gen AI / AI ML led platform solutions, Automation RPA / Chatbot led platform solutions across Hire to Retire process
• Partner with IT to evaluate, select, and implement HR technology solutions
• Manage complex, multi-work stream transformation programs from conception through implementation.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and benefits realization
• Lead systems integration efforts to create seamless HR service delivery
