Job summary

Uberlife Consulting is seeking a senior executive to lead category strategy and drive profitability across online and offline channels. The role requires close collaboration with founders and leadership to scale the apparel brand and build high-growth category businesses.

The VP will manage P&L, identify expansion opportunities, and oversee merchandising, pricing, and inventory planning across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and retail stores.

Responsibilities

• Own the business P&L and revenue growth across channels, and define and execute the brand’s long-term growth strategy
• Identify new opportunities for category expansion, partnerships, and market penetration, and build scalable business models for both online and offline channels
• Lead category strategy across apparel and adjacent lifestyle categories, including product assortment, pricing, inventory planning, and margin management
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and supply chain teams to ensure strong product market fit
• Monitor key metrics such as GMV, contribution margin, inventory turns, CAC, and LTV, and use data to guide pricing, promotion, and category decisions
• Lead and mentor teams across category management, merchandising, and business operations
• Work closely with founders and leadership to align business priorities with organizational goals, and drive collaboration across product, supply chain, marketing, and retail teams

Work Overview:

The role will work closely with the founders and leadership team to scale the brand, build strong category businesses, and drive profitable growth across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and retail stores.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and execution capability, particularly within consumer brands, e-commerce, or D2C businesses.
