Job summary

r3 Consultant in Pune hires experienced VNA Trainers to deliver voice and accent training for international processes. You will shape pronunciation and communication standards while coordinating with Operations and Quality teams.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of VNA training experience and possess strong verbal/written communication skills. UK rotational shifts, including night shifts, and fixed weekend off are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a VNA Trainer.
• VNA Certification is an added advantage (not mandatory).
• Experience with international voice processes preferred.
