Job summary

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) in Bengaluru requires a Trainee Process Consultant for international voice support. You will handle calls from US/UK/AU clients, diagnose basic tech issues, and provide guided resolutions while maintaining CRM records. The role follows a night shift, 5-day work week, with a full-time contract.

• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet quality standards, productivity timelines and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Global Support: Handle calls for international clients (US/UK/AU).
