Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess trainees' voice, speech, pronunciation, and accent proficiency.
• Conduct Voice & Accent, English communication, and soft-skills training.
• Train employees on pronunciation, intonation, stress, rhythm, fluency, and speech clarity.
• Help candidates neutralize regional influences and develop a neutral/international accent.
• Conduct mock calls, role-plays, presentations, and speech exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback and personalized improvement plans.
• Monitor trainee performance through assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, activities, and learning modules.
• Identify communication gaps and coordinate with Operations and Quality teams.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment scores, and performance reports.
• Support new-hire training, onboarding, nesting, and continuous learning initiatives.

• Exposure to US/international accent training is an added advantage.
• Experience conducting mock calls, assessments, and demo training sessions.
• Graduation preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from Shamshabad, Hyderabad.
