• Excellent communication and RCA documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts, incidents, and escalations for VMware & OS infra.
• Install, configure & manage VMware environments and Virtual Machines.
• Perform OS patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting (Windows/Linux).
• Manage network connectivity, DNS, LUNs, and server hardening.
• Handle P2V migrations, firmware upgrades & backup management.
• Follow ITIL processes - Incident, Change & Problem Management.
