Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Virtualization, Infrastructure, or Managed Services.
• Hands‑on experience with VMware ESXi, vSphere, VMware SRM, PowerCLI.
• Experience with Cisco UCS, Cisco Nexus, Dell VxRail, Cisco HyperFlex, Nutanix.
• Knowledge of SAN Storage, Enterprise Storage Arrays, Replication, Backup Solutions.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Model, Virtual Networking, Compute & Storage Infrastructure.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.

• Resolve incidents and manage service requests while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Administer VMware, storage, compute, and networking infrastructure.
• Perform server, storage, backup, and virtual network troubleshooting.
• Manage tickets using ServiceNow and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with customers, NOC, vendors, and engineering teams.
• Participate in on-call support and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Virtualization, Infrastructure, or Managed Services.
