Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and verify CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-precision components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications to ensure accurate programming and machining.
• Utilize CAM software (Solid CAM, CATIA, NX, Unigraphics, PowerMill, Delcam, HyperMill) for efficient toolpath generation and simulation.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve machining issues and improve processes.
• Perform tool selection, fixture design, and setup planning to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct program troubleshooting and provide technical support to machine operators.
• Maintain documentation of programs, revisions, and process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 5-10 years in CNC programming, preferably in aerospace, automobile, or precision manufacturing industries.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CAM software: Solid CAM, CATIA, NX, Unigraphics, PowerMill, Delcam, or HyperMill.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.
  • Hands‑on experience with VMC/CNC machining processes.
  • Familiarity with metals (aluminum, titanium, steel, alloys) used in aerospace or precision industries.
