Job summary

Surabhi Engineers is seeking a skilled VMC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs for vertical machines. The role involves creating and modifying programs from component drawings and 3D models, using 3D CAM, Siemens NX / NX CAM and Delcam software.

You will generate tool paths, select cutting tools and verify simulations to ensure quality and timely output. Strong problem-solving and GD&T interpretation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of VMC Programming & 3D CAM.
• Hands-on experience in NX/NX CAM and Delcam.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, tooling and cutting parameters.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
• Experience in tool path generation, simulation and optimization.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
