Job summary

MAX-HR-SOLUTIONS in India seeks a CNC programmer to develop and modify programs for VMC machines, reading drawings and job specs to ensure precise milling, drilling and tapping.

You will set up machines, verify offsets, and document tool settings and process parameters while maintaining quality standards. This role is based in Gujarat and involves hands-on shop-floor work with opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Ability to select tools, fixtures and machining parameters.
• Perform job/tool setting and offset adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Develop & modify CNC programs (G-code/M-code) as per drawings.
• Set up & operate VMC machines for milling, drilling, tapping.
• Read and interpret drawings and job specifications; monitor process.
• Conduct in-process inspection and maintain program records.
